SCOAP aims at
Providing cost-effective environment-friendly sustainable solutions to hosting scholarly conferences
Stopping the carbon emission caused in hosting physical conferences
Addressing the issues of predatory and high-cost commercial Open Access publication
Developing sustainable publishing software
Introducing pre-conference and post-conference double review system.
Involving other institutions and societies as participants and the members may act as organizing members for the conference and
editors/reviewers for the journal
